Help desk premium support (DIY-BC)

One month of our fee based maintenance support service is provided free of charge for each new customer purchasing a subscription to DIY-BC (our DIY body corporate software service).  Beyond that, we will provide support on a best efforts basis via our trouble ticketing system.  Clients can extend the one month of maintenance support by purchasing yearly maintenance support which includes – 

  • Phone support as well as the web based trouble ticket support system.
  • A target service level agreement of 1 business day to respond to your issue.
  • Targeted instructive help for specific tasks.

We suggest that you defer purchasing any maintenance support until you have exhausted the initial one month support period.  At that time you will have a better understanding as to whether this is something you will require.   Help desk support services can only be ordered once a subscription service has been established.  Tracsafe firmly believes that the system is well supported by help menus and has been designed to be user intuitive.  Our aim is to deliver on this vision so that you will not feel the need for our maintenance support service.  Othewise, we could hardly call it Do-It-Yourself (DIY).
